May202020 Posted April 11, 2020 Author Share Posted April 11, 2020 I have to go back to the country I’m from to apply as I can guarantee I’ll be let in. my visa will be granted in 2-4 weeks, so I just wanted to know if anyone has been granted a waiver to come back into the state whilst the restrictions are in place. you can apply for a waiver once your visa has been granted. Visa processing has slowed down, it may take longer for a grant.
