My container arrived in Brisbane port on the 23rd feb went through customs on the 26th quarantine on the 4th March, now it is still waiting clearance is this normal does anyone know. I have contacted the shipping company this side and they say there is nothing they can do till it is released, I thought it would be released as soon as quarantine finished.
