hyhwe13
Hi. I'm new here! I am applying for 491 South Australia nomination. My occupation: 241411 (on South Australia - Supplementary Skilled List) My spouse's occupation: 249299 (on South Australia - State Nominated Occupations) Is my spouse's occupation considered as the same list as mine? Can I claim 5 points for spouse's nominated skilled occupation that is on the same skilled occupation list as mine? Any guidance or clarification appreciated! Thank you! Jelly
When you complete the EOI, it will automatically calculate your points (i.e. will only give you the points if the occupations are on the appropriate lists). You don't have to input the points yourself.

You get 10 points if they are under 45; have competent English and, importantly, a positive skills assessment. You get 5 if they have competent English only.
