I am trying to generate my hap id for a health declaration as i want to give my medicals before i apply for my visa(offshore) for some reasons. In my immi account its asking for my aadhar card(national identification from my passport country and i am living in Aus since 2009). I dont have Aadhar card or a voter id or pan card (never thought of making one). Its saying provide a reason if i dont have it and it will delay my application. can you please guide me? And if i have to provide a reason, then what would be the reason?? As its obviously my mistake as i should have made those documents when i visited back home in 2014.
