I am in my mid 40s and don't have my own house yet. Therefore, planning to move to Perth for affordable living. However, i am bit uncertain about hospitality market in Perth. I know it's not as good as Sydney. By the way i a Chef by trade and in this occupation about 8+ years. Anyone's advice will be highly appreciated.... Regards.
