Guest MollyM
Hi I will be applying for partner visa in 2 months I have been married to my husband for 7 months and have been together for 4 years . He is an Australian citizen . We will be doing offshore partner visa , my husband is coming to live with me offshore for the processing time as we want to be together . Will this also make our case stronger ? Will the case officer see that my husband coming to live with me over seas in genuine ? I also found out I’m pregnant does this help it be stronger as well ? Quoll
It'll either be strong enough or it wont. None of that will necessarily change the outcome of the visa decision but it's good that you will be together especially with a new baby on the way. It'll just be the same old waiting game that everyone else is engaged with! Congratulations on the baby!
