qahobu
Hi, I'm planning to apply for 190 visa from VIC as a Registered Nurse (254499) from a Recent Graduate pathway. I already satisfy all conditions and it's not a requirement for me to submit a job/current employment offer, but I thought it might make my case strong. I'm already working as a casual employee as an RN but I think VIC requires me to submit a job offer for a permanent position which I don't have. So, should I go ahead and apply for the nomination without an offer? Thanks.

Marisawright
Your question is contradictory. First you say it's not a requirement to have a job offer, then you say it is. Which is it?
paulhand
The information is in VIC’s website: 254499 Registered Nurses nec 7.0 in each band Must have registration (or approval in principle) from the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
