I have one question If occupation has Special conditions applied in SA's occupation list but an individual has sufficient points(i.e 85 in total Incl. State Sponsor) and has a genuine job offer letter from SA's employer so that Will SA give nomination to that Individual? Guidance will be very much regarded.
