I'm having the following issue: payment has been made, application says ready to submit, but when "submit" is pressed, this message comes up: Payment has previously been accepted for the selected application. It appears to be fixed now and acknowledgments and BVs are coming through for applications lodged earlier. Out of interest - why are you are you having these issues if you already have your visa? Hi Paul, Thanks for your reply. Yep, the issue has been fixed, and the application has now been marked as 'submitted'. I am currently 'helping' a good friend in their emigration journey and I was viewing their actions via remote desktop as they completed and submitted their application.
