Wanderer Returns Posted December 3, 2019 Share Posted December 3, 2019 Hi, we're in the process of moving back to QLD after 5 years in the UK. I'm a teacher and my wife is a care assistant. I've already accepted a position and my new employer hasn't asked for a UK police check, but is it worth obtaining one before we leave the UK - for either myself or my wife? Many thanks in advance. I did that, and I've now found out that I don't need one. My wife will apply for one though as she's likely to be working as a care worker.
