Indianinoz
Hello all, Questions: a) Say I first made entry into Australia on 4th Dec 2015 on a PR. When is the day that I can apply for citizenship? 3rd Dec 2019? 4th Dec 2019? 5th Dec 2019? b) I tried filling up the form. It didn't ask for my dates but asked for my Visa Grant number. It has 34 pages and after filling up 6 pages, it says I can't continue as I haven't yet fulfilled residence requirement. While that is correct, how does the system know? Does it check through my Visa Grant number? c) Me and my wife are applying. Do we need to create 2 separate logins or can we both submit through my login? paulhand
As soon as you give them your passport number on p3, they know everything about you! You can do separate applications in the same account.

Indianinoz
On page 21 of 34 in the application form, there is a field: Evidence of date of birth and birth name Is Passport sufficient proof for this or is attaching a Birth certificate compulsory? paulhand
Birth certificate - as passport does not give your birth name, it gives your current name.

They are better than immigration 'helplines' but should not be relied on entirely.
