Liezl
Good morning Our bridging to protection visa where denied and we decided to go back to SA. Say for instance we havent got money to pay for flight tickets we were told that we can speak to immigration but then we wil be liable "debt to commonwealth". Which means if we ever wanted to immigrate again we would have to pay that money. Does anyone know for how long one would be liable? Thanks
paulhand
Except in exceptional circumstances, until the debt in repaid.
