ENS 186 and than 457 nomination refusal

Hi everyone,

 

Please help me, in my case I applied for ENS 186 and refused in 2015. My employer and me, we both went to MRT. They refuse, I applied another 457 visa but with a different employer.

But our immigration lawyer made mistakes like didn't provide LMT and few other documents. He filed nomination and visa together, Nomination refused.

Now same employer who wanted sponsor me on 457 visa, is he eligible for sponsor me on 482 visa STSOL ?

It's a risk because I got refusal that's why immigration will going to refused my nomination and visa again ?

I am 45 year old and not eligible for PR.

Please give me advise. Thanks for your time.
