That doesn't 'prove' anything, these types of cases are more often than not "paid off", a fact Virginia Gruffe knew; with legal costs it's sometimes cheaper, plus it saves the mud slinging which may or not be true but still sticks. The bath looked very small and not that easy to imagine such activity occurring.
