For citizenship application it asks about being found guilty of any convictions or offences.

Is a police penalty notice for not leaving a licensed premises when required and red light infringements count as being found guilty of an offence?

I don't know if I should include them. I know they weren't in court but not sure if I'm guilty of an offence?

You cannot be found guilty of a conviction.

You should declare all police matters, regardless of the outcome.

As noted above, you should declare all police matters. If they are nothing to worry about then declaring them will make no difference; hiding them may well make a big, and unpleasant, difference to an outcome.

Thanks, I already have a careless driving offence. If I mention 2 red light light infringements should I expect that to cause character issues- the need for stat decs etc?

but, your honour , the usual penalty for running a red light is $100 fine..

and you are fined $100...
