alireza991 Posted October 28, 2019 Share Posted October 28, 2019 Hi all, I have an appointment with a recipient to lodge my visa (form 956A, he is not a registered MARA agent), he did lodge my visa, but due to some problems that he caused me, I want to withdraw his appointment. Now I filled out the 956A form (withdrawal) with my signature only and uploaded it in my immi account and also emailed it to the home affairs. Now, my question is that, is it necessary that the form 956A to be signed by him too or not? I would be so much thankful if you help me in this regard.
