Keera
Hi, My husband is working as AIN in a age care facility he just finished his cert 3 . But his employer offer him sponsorship, which i have never heard about. Does anyone got sponsor through cert 3 and got their permanent residency. A reachout would be really appreciated. Cheers
Wonderingaloud
I don’t think Assistants in nursing are on the skilled occupation lists. An occupation must be on one of these lists in order for an employer to sponsor someone, they can’t sponsor anybody. The closest would be a registered nurse in aged care, the minimum qualification for this is a degree.

Your husband needs to ask for more details to find out exactly what they are offering.
