Jon The Manc
Hello good people, need some help. Am definitely able to apply for citizenship in 2 days time on the anniversary of my PR. I am however utterly befuddled as to which date is my Lawful Residence Date. Can clearly qualify but don't want to get the date wrong. Visa and dates in Australia record; 1st E Visitor 03.01.13 to 24.01.13 16.04.13 to 27.05.13 04.07.13 to 19.08.13 07.10.13 to 06.01.14 2nd E visitor 30.01.14 to 28.04.14 Visitor Visa (multi entry) 23.05.14 to 27.11.14 25.12.14 (last entry) until 16.12.15 (new visa) Bridging Visa (Partner Visa application) 16.12.15 to 04.07.17 Partner Visa Stage 1 04.07.17 to 17.10.18 Permanent Residence 17.10.18 to date I have been in Australia continuously for 4 years and 10 months so will qualify once I have 1 year PR BUT Which is the correct Lawful entry date? Any help much appreciated.
wrussell
From what you have posted, probably the date upon which you entered Australia on your 1st E Visitor.
Jon The Manc
Thank you, I was thinking so too. The only time I didn't hold a valid visa was a few days between the two Evisitor visas, am assuming that doesn't matter.
