LindaH27 Posted October 3, 2019 Share Posted October 3, 2019 To be blunt there are over 50,000 parents waiting in the queue and Australian government has reduced the number of visas allowed to only 6000 a year so yes the wait times have greatly increased and there is no way to speed it up unless they start to allow more than 6000 a year people who applied in August 2015 have just been getting their visas so that’s 4 years and the queue has massively blown out from 2015 onwards You're probably looking at around another 4 years if not more Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
