S56 request for evidence of employment occupation

Hi all,

 

I have gotten a request for evidence of current occupation.

My question is, do I have to have 3 worked years with the same employer as evidence or can it be split between different employers? I have nearly 6 years work experience but its split between 2 employers. 

I had submitted my previous employers headed letter advising my role I worked in and how long I worked with them but I did not submit this for my current employer as I thought that my signed contract would suffice. 

What else do I need to submit?

It will depend on your specific circumstances (TRT or DE) and exactly what was requested.

As it is an official S56 you don't have time to waste as you would have been given a time frame to respond.

You should really be speaking with your Agent (if you are using one) rather than trying to solve this on a Public forum based on minimal information.

Then evidencing 3 years of full time, skilled  employment experience is crucial to the success of the application.

Does it need to be with one company? 

 I have over 5 years worked experience since getting my degrees
