Advice on UK form 80 character assessment

Hi I'm seeking assistance or looking at advice for what is to be expected on the form 80 UK character assessment visa form?? 

My dad's going to be applying for a visa but his bee. Deported back to the UK I'm wondering if this will have any impact on him trying to enter a new country like NZ? his been in England now almost 4years and I'm happy an so proud to say my dad has not been in one bit of trouble with the law not once will any of this go in his favour when applying for the visa?

Form 80 is used when migrating to Australia, nothing to do with New Zealand or any other country's immigration policy. He would need to declare it when the other country in question asks about it, and then its down to the opolicy of that country, at that time. 

If the visa he is applying for is for Australia then it may well depend partly on the reason he was deported, and how long ago.

Professional advice would be a good idea.
