amadeus10012
Hi, I'm in a strange situation, my company has been soldand the new owner will change the ABN, possible solution to save whoever already applied for PR from 457 visa looks like new company can do a labour agreement. Me an most of my collegues have their job under the caveat, is the grandfathering still valid for whoever applied before April 2017 or conditions will change with the change of the employer_ Thank you
Wonderingaloud
Not entirely sure what you are asking- if you have already lodged a PR application that has not been decided then it will be refused because of the company’s ABN change. You will need to resubmit an application with the correct ABN. This cannot be appealed either- you need an entirely new application I believe.
