Ray Brown 7 Posted August 5, 2019 Hi, I am 14 months into my 188 Business Visa application and waiting to hear back to emigrate to Australia. Can somebody please tell me if I would be liable to pay Luxury Car Tax on taking a prestige car as a personal import into Australia, I am aware of the Duty and GST but would I have to pay the 33% LCT as well ?
