My current situation is that my employer has applied for 482 but its get rejected so now they want to appeal AAT. But currently, my partner is graduating so she also wants to file for 485. I am currently on her dependent visa so I have confusion whether I go with 485 for now and at the same time my employer do 482 appeals. If you have any suggestion for me than free feel to inform me. My employer lawyer is working on this but I just want to see and get more information on this situation. My employer lawyer suggests me that you can do both at the same time but somewhere I read that we can only do one at a time.
