Anyadxb
Could anyone that applied for a police clearance certificate from Dubai while in Australia please help me with the process? Already have my fingerprints authenticated by the UAE embassy but I am not sure what I should do next. The online portal of Dubai police isn't helpful as you need an Emirates ID card and even if you don't have an Emirates ID, you can make payment only using a card issued in the GCC, which I don't have. Would really appreciate any help as I am starting to panic now.

You select UAE as the country, then click on Policec Check. That tells you what to do.
Feb2017Cook
The best you can do, ask your friend who still live in dubai to use their cc to pay for your PC. I did that with mine. Got it within 24hrs.
Anyadxb
I went down this route - can you believe this was the suggested route even by the UAE embassy And my friend had to go to the CID 3 times before they finally took the documents. I received the PCC by email - apparently they do not provide it on paper.
