Bridging Visa A not active can l travel

Hi folks please help with desperately needed advise.l am on a 457 visa which is set to expire in Jan 2022.l applied for 190 visa and was granted a Bridging A visa.From what l understand Bridging VISA A is not active but l  not sure if l can travel.Your advice will be greatly appreciated.

I think you need to apply for another visa to travel outside Australia the BVA doesn’t allow it, I think it’s a BVB you need , hopefully another member with more up to date knowledge will confirm.

If ypu are on a bridging visa A, then you need to apply for a bridging visa b before you travel

You are probably still on the 457 as the BVA will not kick in until the 457 expires. In which case you can still travel on the 457. Check on VEVO that will tell you whether you are on 457 or BVA.
