Seema22
Hi I found an information online on this https://deltaimmigration.com.au/Developer-Programmer/261312.htm website. It says South Australia's (Adelaide) PR requirement is to have 80 points or above incluing the state nomination points which means I currently have 75 for 189 and 80 for state nomination as will be getting 5 points for state. Does this mean I can apply for 489 visa for SA meeting the nomination requirement? Please advise asap as I will lodge an EOI for this as soon as I get any feedback. VERYSTORMY
Yes, but be aware that this is not a permanent visa. It is a provisional visa which allows you to apply for a permanent visa after two years if you have met the conditions.
Seema22
It says Availble to all applicants including SA international graduates, however in the special conditions in the third bullet point- what is that Offshore applicants provisional 489 only?
