It has been 5 weeks since we submitted the last doc for the s56. Our agent says it could be 2 days to 3 months or more, he said the is no consistency whatsoever. Hope it happens soon, it is very difficult as there is still a chance of a refusal. Most are approved at this point. Hope more start coming through for everyone 😁

No guys no news from my side so far.

I am shocked to see people getting immigration on Saturdays , some people on holidays ,even some in 7 months.

I don't know how the system works.

The feeling is irritating ,anxious, confused, helpless ,tired.

What about you guys

No man same as you no news yet...its very frustrating as they don't have any fixed pattern or first in first serve policy. Its all about how lucky you are .

HI GUYS!

i submitted the documents they asked on 3 July. Still waiting.

Nomination approved on 18 June.

My partner was found THC positive (while driving) on 2017 but we declared so. Immigration asked why it does not appear on the police clearence so we had to write a letter to explain that it is not a big matter, that s why the police clearence does not show it.

Now we are waiting for more that 6 weeks since we submitted all they needed.

Do you guys think it can affect the visa application ?

No I dont think so if that should be a problem as far as it isn't in your AFP check, it should be fine.Be patience and pray to God.

If I was you I would ask my MA (assuming you have one) to contact the department. Seems ridiculous that it’s taking so long. Would think that your application got lost in the pile and wouldn’t hurt to get someone to dig it up for you, but they won’t do it themselves if not asked!!!
