Our agent says it could be 2 days to 3 months or more, he said the is no consistency whatsoever. Hope it happens soon, it is very difficult as there is still a chance of a refusal. My partner was found THC positive (while driving) on 2017 but we declared so. Immigration asked why it does not appear on the police clearence so we had to write a letter to explain that it is not a big matter, that s why the police clearence does not show it. Imagine my situation If I was you I would ask my MA (assuming you have one) to contact the department. Seems ridiculous that it’s taking so long.
