Medical for visa

Hi , currently I am in bridging visa for 482, I did my medical for this visa, very soon I am applying for 186 through TRT do I need to do medical for 186 again.

It is possible to re-use medical exams if they are still valid, but it will depend on what exams you did and when, versus what is needed for the 186. Generally, when you make your online visa application, you will be asked whether you have previously completed any immigration medical examinations and then asked to provide your HAP ID. The system will then automatically check whether you can re-use your existing health clearance and/or examinations.
