HK01 Posted June 11, 2019 Share Posted June 11, 2019 Hi everyone Hoping for your help. I arrived in Aus in Jan 2019 on a PMV 300. Since got married and then applied for the 820/801 in May 2109. I was issued with the 820 a month later although I had been advised it can take 18 months. Whilst this is great news and I’m really pleased, I’m a little confused about what this means in terms of the 801. Do I have to wait 2 years and it will be granted automatically or do I have to submit further documentation. Just really confused so any advice would be great.
