Can some advise me. I got my PR 2015, my son was diagnosed with mild autistic in 2016. He is getting speech therapy, OT, a pediatrician and integration aid at school (through funding),he is on NDIS.

Can this bring complication to our citizenship?

Also, do we need to apply for a bridging visa or resident return visa while waiting for citizenship to be approved?

There are no health checks for citizenship so it will not be an issue.

if the travel portion of your visa runs out before you are a citizen you will need an RRV if you wish to travel overseas, if you stay in Australia you do not need an RRV as you have PR and can stay indefinitely.
