Arun Madhu Posted May 28, 2019 Share Posted May 28, 2019 I had lodged my PR visa under 189 subclass from India on Nov 2017 ( Developer Programmer ANZSCO Code: 261312). There was no updates on my case from then other than the immi commencement mail i received on Feb 2018. Now i have received the s57 NJL on Apr 2019. The reason mentioned in the NJL letter was that the CO was not able to contact my company HR using the telephone number mentioned in company letter head. I had replied to the NJL with more documents like HR letter mentioning roles and responsibilities, employment period, salary etc. I have also uploaded my company ID card and other certificates i received from company. Other documents like payslips, Income tax documents, reference letters were already uploaded. Is there anyone in similar situation like me. I wanted to know how long will the CO take for verifying the documents and provide a reply. They took an year to update me with the NJL after trying to verify my employment details.
