Thanks garrychandi for reply.

I’m in Perth at the moment and lodged eoi with 70 points for registered nurse. Any idea how long does it take to get invitation?

Have you obtained sponsorship from NSW? If not, you should be aware that states will often decline sponsorship to someone already in another state.

No, I’ve no idea of sponsorship. What is the procedure for it?

Maybe you should consult a registered agent - sponsorship is a critical part of the 190.

Hi,

I found out that Expression of interest is the first step to get state sponsorship.

It's certainly a key point, but each state has differing processes for a 190 visa. Equally not all states offer 190 for the same ANZSCO codes and not all anzsco codes are sponsored

As Nemesis said I would suggest you get a bit of professional advice here before you waste any time or money on things that aren't possible

  • Thanks 1
