Kian Posted May 9, 2019 Share Posted May 9, 2019 Hello, I have a question regards the police checks for a 309/100 offshore application if someone would be kind enough to help. I was under the impression that both the sponsor and the applicant could apply for the police checks once they are requested by a c/o. However, the migration agent that I have asked to read through our documentation has said that the sponsor's police checks MUST be supplied at, or very shortly after the initial application? Has anyone else had experience with this?
