I am clueless as to what the climate is like for social work jobs with directly employed by the employer or through an agency such as yourselves. The areas we are considering looking to move to are Brisbane, Adelaide or Melbourne. My husband is a teacher and he would be looking for a more permanent position rather than through an agency. Is there any advice that you canoffer re social work jobs in Australia. I qulified in 2000 and my expereince is in child protection and also fostering. How do salaries of social workers in Australia in the areas where I have experience compare to the salaries of social workers in the uk.
