Immi account Second year visa uploaded information deleted

We have upload some files asked for by immigration to our immi account it came up with a box saying there are 19 uploaded items with a tick next to it, we were waiting then for a response that never came we kept checking online immi account for any notice and the 19 items uploaded box with a tick as still there we just received an email saying the visa has been rejected because the information was never sent in we went to our immi account and the 19 items uploaded with a tick has been removed from our account we have now been told to leave the country within 35 days or pay for the whole application again ?

This is a known issue with the ImmiAccount.

Unless you have proof, such a screenshot or printout proving the attachments were there, you will have little chance to have the decision vacated.

Hey yes we do have screen shots of the immi account with the uploaded documents on it what is the best course of action for here cheers mate
