Gsingh86 Posted April 6, 2019 Share Posted April 6, 2019 Hi guys , I applied my ens 186 visa and nomination (motor mechanic general) last year in August we were two applicants from same place and one already got approved in March but on Friday I got call from my MA and he said that he got an email from Australia border protection and they are investing the business coz my employer changed his ABN number in 2016 but he didn’t inform immigration department at that time and after in 2017 I went to my agent for applying the ens file then he said to me that we have lodge a new nomination and new SBS for business and we got approved in few weeks time and now Department wants explanation within 7 calendar days from my employer why he changed his ABN and why he didn’t inform them. My agent got this email on Friday around 11:30am and around 2 pm he got another email from immigration department saying they are going to process my ens file so now I’m confused in these two situations like why they ask for explanation coz we have a new nominations from same employer. Goddiss Posted April 16, 2019 Share Posted April 16, 2019 Hi there your employer should never done that. Department consider new Abn as a new business. You might have to file new applications.
