JetBlast
Hello, So it turns out I have more tat than I thought I had! So as a result I am looking at shipping a 30KG box to Australia from the UK. I have looked at Seven Seas. To ship a box with them via sea (76 - 92 Days) is £178 this excludes the $75 customs inspection fee. Pickfords was a similar cost. I got a price from UPS for the same size box at the same weight, this is via a 3 day delivery and this is £166. (via Parcel2go.com) This will also exclude the customs inspection fee. Have I missed something here? Surely this shouldn't be the case? If anyone has anymore shipping suggestions I welcome them. Thanks
Marisawright
No you haven’t missed anything. The smaller the shipment, the higher the cost per cubic metre. For both companies, their biggest cost comes from the handling at either end which is similar for both Edited April 1, 2019 by Marisawright
