Sea, Serenity and Style appeal of Cape Woolamai

Cape Woolamai sits on the south-eastern edge of Phillip Island with the spectacular ocean beach its stunning drawcard.

This attractive property features plenty of briny-themed references in the form of reclaimed beach timbers. We love the posts dotting the garden walkway making it look like a low-level jetty. Excellent stuff.

This cool path passes a terrific outdoor shower concealed by tall palms and timbers as well as a paved outdoor entertaining area with built-in barbecue and seating.

Step up to the pavilion that forms the front of house. The entry proper rolls you into a superb dining area where the crisp white peaked roof holds six skylights that illuminate the communal areas.

Grey timber floors run across to the stone-bench kitchen where the white cabinetry is offset by darker units and timber accents.

Head past the dining area to the fabulous sunken lounge where you get to hunker down on those cool coastal nights in front of a fireplace.

Bifold glass doors reveal the garden and a sparkling swimming pool, but before you get outside there’s a terrific passage that runs north of the dining and living rooms leading onto two bedrooms; one has a small, nicely configured en suite.

Further along, the central bathroom features a black and white bath, timber vanity and open glass shower. A lounge room with double glass doors comes before bedroom three and then at the end of the passage, the main bedroom. Another picture window offers those sparkling pool views and the room includes a bright en suite and walk-in wardrobe.

Behind the large garage there’s a smartly sited studio/guest’s quarters with its own en suite.
