Has anyone ever used Luna Shipping ltd?

i received this quote from Luna Shipping it just seems too good to be true. Most companies are charging almost double for the same size container. Was just wondering if anyone has ever used this company and if so what was your experience.

Mmm that looks like they expect you to pack and load it yourself.  Look at what is included and only compare like for like. 

Packing a 40’ container with goods and a car will have to be done carefully as nothing should be able to move in transit, ships do roll and cranes swing the containers around. 

If it seems a lot cheaper ask why.......

Don't know if it's true - but have heard that containers which are packed yourself may get a little more scrutiny at customs which can cause delays (and extra expense if they find something they have to treat or dispose of).
