DJH
Hi, am I right to read the statement below on the citizenship website as not needing to provide any police checks for any time I have spent overseas before my permanent residency was granted in March 2018? I provided police checks for the past 10 years for my permanent residency and assume that I wouldn't need to provide any police checks for any time spent overseas before the 10 years for citizenship? Thanks, David Penal clearance certificates If you have spent a total of 12 months or more outside Australia since we granted you a permanent visa, you need to give us overseas police certificates from every country, including your home country, where you have spent a total of more than 90 days since you turned 18. rammygirl
Yes you are correct only applies to time spent abroad after grant of PR visa. Exactly as it states.
