Child Visa 101 application

Me and my husband go the PR in 2015 but we are currently live in New Zealand, planning to move to Australia. Our 3 year old son was born in New Zealand. We are thinking of apply child visa 101 for him but he got diagnosed with autism. Does it mean the visa application will definitely be declined?  Any chance for the success of application?

Are you NZ citizens? Is your child a NZ citizen? My advice is to contact a specialist migration agent. I would recommend George Lombard. Emigration to Australia with a disabled child can be achieved but it’s very tricky and you really need specialist advice.

As above if you google George Lombard his details will pop up. It’s also true that as a New Zealand citizen your child can enter Australia on a special category visa which is issued on arrival. However unless you can gain permanent residency for him you will receive no disability support services or the associated benefits at all. You really need some specialist advice.
