I meet every criteria and role apart from having 3 subordinates. The company has a turnover of £2 mil a year and I buy around £500-600k of goods a year. I report directly to the director. So we are fair size, I have subordinates but not in relation to purchasing as I deal with it myself. would aim overlook that 1 aspect or is it just a straight no for not meeting everything? Raul Senise Posted February 17, 2019 Share Posted February 17, 2019 With a turnover of £2 million, your position is unlikely to be considered favourable by AIM as the business would most likely be be too small for you to have the necessary subordinate management reporting structure.
