I've seen HR manager is on the STSOL under a skilled nominated 190 visa or a skilled regional nominated 489 visa, Just wondered if there is anyone on here who can share their experience of this and what the reality is like in terms of employment/visa process. Guess I'm just wondering if it's similar to a lot of occupations on the STSOL where people emigrate and find it difficult to find employment.
