Hi guys, i have a question regarding the 187 visa.

I have included my sisters and parent in the application and now the immigration asking me to attach their health examination and police clearance certificates. But as I searched online, only spouse and children are categorise as family members.

What should I do now? Should I ignore it or how can i remove my family members so I can finalised the application soon?

Thanks.

Did you tick the box to say they weren't migrating with you?

Looks like you made a bit of a mess.

I would be surprised if the case officer has asked for medicals and Police before asking for proof of dependency. Are you sure it is not just the automated message?

Probably best to get some professional advice before you you get issued with a 4020 notice for providing false information in your application.
