AJWILL
My daughter, an Australian citizen has recently married over in the UK. Her husband holds a Lithuanian passport. She wants to bring him home to meet us and with the full intention of going back to the UK once she gets permission to do so permanently . Does he need a visa to come to Australia and how long can he stay and what are the rules etc? Thank you
Tulip1
I would imagine very few if any on here will know the answer to that question. It would be easy enough to find the answer by checking on the Australian immigration site under the visa section

Thank you Looks like he should be eligible for an evisitor as long he isn't staying more than 3 months https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/evisitor-651#Eligibility
