Does the sponsor of partner visa need to provide details of his/her parent's marriage status? i.e. it may be that the sponsor is required to complete a form 80 or other forms which include this kind of questions?? Thank you in advanced. At present no. This may change when the rules change later this year and the sponsor needs to get approval first. No one knows yet what will be asked for then.
