Hafiz Posted January 18, 2019 Share Posted January 18, 2019 Hi Sir, I am holding 457 visa and it's granted sep 2016 as a cook but unfortunately that restaurant was closed in July 2017. I found other employer with in 60 days applied nomination and started working sep 2017 but nomination approved March 2018. So when I am eligible to apply Ens in sep 2019 or March 2020. Someone told me I am at rish because I started work before getting nomination. Please advise my what should I do now. MaggieMay24 Posted January 22, 2019 Share Posted January 22, 2019 You weren't allowed to work for the new employer until after their nomination was approved, so you have likely caused some problems for yourself due to that. The earliest the new employer could sponsor you under the ENS TRT stream is March 2020. I'd suggest you seek professional advice though since you've already breached the conditions of your 457 visa and possibly that should be addressed before attempting the PR stage.
