Rachel 1980
Hi, we are starting the gruelling process of trying to get a visa for Australia. 1. Would it be better to get a migration agent based in the UK or Australia? 2. Can anyone recommend any agents please? Thanks in advance,
JetBlast
1. It doesn't really matter in my opinion. Mine is based in Australia and it works perfectly fine.1. What is your occupation and do you have any medical issues? Some agents specialise in certain areas. Thanks

In relation to where the migration agent should be, I don't think its massively important - however having one based in Australia working on the same time zone as immigration here can only be an advantage for you. Recommendations - absolutely. Uday Mishra of Dyson & Associates. Very knowledgeable agent who didn't let me down throughout the process. Good Luck
