starlight7 Posted November 20, 2018 Share Posted November 20, 2018 VCE results are important but there are also other issues which you need to look at- how the school 'feels', whether your particular child will fit in, pastoral care, whether it is of a particular faith or not etc. There are a lot of differences and some schools suit some kids and not others. My 4 went to 4 different secondary schools- they had very different personalities and needs. 3 went to private schools and 1 flatly refused to, so she went to a decent state school.
